BIOGRAPHY

Fernando Oliveira is the Completion Technical Advisor at Petrobras, leading offshore well design and operations with more than two decades of experience. At Petrobras’ headquarters, he directs the development, qualification, and deployment of advanced completion technologies while coordinating equipment failure analyses and supplier testing.

Fernando defines and reviews technical specifications, updates internal standards, and contributes to international standardization efforts. He also develops guidelines for next-generation offshore completion and CCUS projects that strengthen operational reliability and innovations across global assets.
