Ilnur Mustafin, currently the Artificial Lift Coordinator at ConocoPhillips Alaska, brings 18 years of industry experience. Beginning as a reservoir engineer in the North Sea, he later shifted to production engineering, with a specialization in Full Field gas lift optimization.

Over the course of his career, Ilnur developed expertise in hydraulic network modeling, emerging as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Gas Lift and Electrical Submersible Pump systems within the ConocoPhillips organization.
