J. Ricardo Castillo is a Senior Project Manager at Wood and a project strategy leader with over 30 years in the offshore industry. He has contributed to more than 15 FPSO projects worldwide, delivering programs ranging from $100 million to $21 billion.

Ricardo’s expertise spans the full asset lifecycle, with pioneering work in offshore nuclear, decarbonization, and hydrogen. Holding several patents and industry awards, he continues to lead innovative solutions that advance sustainable offshore production and next-generation energy integration.
