Ulrika Swanson is a partner at Cassidy Levy Kent, where her practice focuses on export controls and economic sanctions. As outside counsel to domestic and international companies across a wide range of industries, she represents clients before the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the Bureau of Industry and Security.

Ulrika advises on regulatory compliance matters, including CFIUS and outbound investment rules, trade compliance for mergers and acquisitions, domestic content requirements for government contracts, and customs matters relating to supply chains and tariffs.
